Owner/Chocolatier Mindy Fong's inspiration stems from the struggles of her grandfather who came to America at age 20 with the quest of obtaining a better life for himself. During his lifetime, he managed to become a successful businessman, owning several mom and pop stores and restaurants in San Francisco.
