This intriguing Oolong tea is grown in the high mountains of Taiwan. When first learning about this tea, many people misunderstand that there is milk added to the tea. On the contrary, its creamy, milky flavor comes from the natural tea leaves, their intensity increasing with the height at which the tea plant is grown, as well as the fermentation of the tea leaves which develop the flavor.
