The most interesting chocolates I tasted all weekend were:...Jade Chocolates' dark bar with sesame, chili, and lapsang souchang tea (most sophisticated).

The bars were a Christmas gift and I immediately felt the quality of the wrapped paper. It felt like a piece of silk, I was so impressed with beauty of the paper, I didn't want to open it. I knew that this bar was to be savored and as I waited a few days to open it up, it only added to the suspense. The chocolate was just as luxurious as the handmade paper.

It's refreshing to see chocolates that pair the finest ingredients with a truly distictive style.

It's a perfect combination of smooth milk chocolate and crunchy and crisp brown rice. I could still imagine the flavors and textures in my mouth. Mmmmm. So good.
