Jade Chocolates ships throughout the United States. We currently do not provide weekend delivery service or delivery outside of the United States or to P.O. boxes. We recommend that you receive your chocolates to an address where they won't sit out in the heat. The delivery service may leave packages at the recipient's address if no one is there to sign for it.
Jade Chocolates is not responsible for packages stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer. A business address may be a solution. If no one is present, the delivery service will make two more attempts before they return the package to us. Jade Chocolates will not refund purchases if the product is damaged or melted after the first delivery attempt or if it is returned to us by the delivery service. We cannot be held responsible for melted chocolates or returned orders that are undeliverable. If a package needs to reshipped, 2nd Day charges will apply. Jade Chocolates cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

Warm Weather Policies: Chocolate melts! An additional shipping cost has been added to all orders during warm weather months (May-September or when needed in extreme cases) 2 Day air or Next Day Delivery must be used to ensure that the chocolate will arrive shiny, glossy, and bitten with a crisp snap.
Methods of Payment: Visa, Mastercard American Express and Discover Cards are gladly accepted. All internet transactions are securely transmitted through verisign. We also accept checks and money orders made payable to Jade Chocolates. Pay securely by internet, phone, or mail.
