What is the shelf life of your products?

The shelf life of our products are as follows:

Chocolate Bars                                  6 months
Chocolate Fans                                  3 months
Mango Orchids                                   6 months
Dipped Mangoes in Take out Box         9 months

Do you have a retail store?

Not yet.  And we don't have any plans in the near future.  Let's see how the economy picks up, then we'll re-examine if it's a viable avenue to explore.

Why is  your chocolate so expensive?

We use only the finest ingredients and premium chocolates for our products.  Also, the chocolate fans are 100% handcrafted.  The ingredients in the crust is mixed by hand and is hand pressed into place.  Every bit of fruit and nut is placed on top of the chocolate by hand as well. We do not mass produce our products to ensure our high level of quality.  Also, our Genmai bar is a mixture of two types of milk chocolates.  It's an extra step that is needed in order to achieve just the right sweetness for our milk chocolate.

What do you use as a chocolate base?

We are using a mixture of E. Guittard, Callebaut and El Rey. 

Do you ship internationally?
