Dessert Buffet
Our dessert buffet may consist of a few truffles to an array of savory and sweet items for your event. Below is a sample list of what your dessert buffet may consist of.
Standard Fare:
Truffles- Caramel, Passion Fruit Caramel, Bittersweet Nib, Thai Basil, Classic Milk, Jasmine, Black Dragon Oolong, Calamansi Lime, Yuzu Fruit,etc.
Rice Paddies-Crispy rice cereal, dried mangoes, roasted almonds in dark, milk or white chocolate
Pot de Creme topped with toasted cacao nibs
Cocoa dusted popcorn-with Li Hing powder
Brownies-Blonde Brownies topped with an Orient Espresso tile, Lavendar-Nib Brownies
Tasting Tiles-Genmai, Terracotta, Orient Espresso, Kuro Genmai, Krakatoa, Dragon's Breath, Mahal, Green Mango with a chili-lime spice rub

Chocolate Tasting Party
Arrange a private tasting for your friends & family in your home, office or private venue. One of our chocolate experts will guide you through our products as you learn about and taste chocolate. The host earns free chocolate from a percentage of items sold.
